1. Who sends these messages
Ditto AI Studio, operated through dittoai.online, sends the text messages described on this page.
2. What we send
Transactional notifications only:
- Booking confirmations.
- Appointment reminders.
- A notification to the business owner when a new booking comes in.
No marketing, no bulk campaigns, no third-party content is ever sent over this channel.
3. How to opt in
You opt in by leaving your phone number in the form at dittoai.online/brief/, or by giving it to the voice assistant during a call.
4. Message frequency
A message goes out per event - a booking, a change, a reminder. Typically no more than a few messages per month.
5. Cost
We do not charge for SMS. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message. Opt-out is immediate.
